I am available for arbitrator appointments under institutional and ad hoc rules in cases under various applicable laws.
I take on cases as sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator, chair and arbitrator in emergency proceedings.

Early Neutral Evaluation Services and Submission Feedback Services
An early neutral evaluation helps parties to assess the relative strengths and weaknesses of their positions before starting, or early in, a litigation or arbitration process. Parties are able to make a more informed risk assessment of their case which facilitates early settlements.
In consultation with the parties, I can provide them with a non-binding and confidential evaluation after parties have presented their case by written submissions, by oral presentation, or by a combination of both.
I also provide feedback services to just one party. I will review your (draft) submission from the perspective of a judge or arbitrator. I will let you know where I have questions or when matters are unclear or not fully substantiated.
My feedback will help you improve your submission and you will have a better understanding of how a judge or arbitrator may look at your case.
Counsel work
While I mostly provide services as a neutral, I also provide some dispute resolution services to companies and I handle matters as co-counsel with other firms.
Given my experience as a neutral, in-house counsel and attorney, I can provide you with valuable perspectives and practical advice to help you deal with contractual issues and help you resolve your disputes.
